Customization

As the client, you make the decisions. We understand that formatting from office to office varies, so we work with you to:

• Customize your documents to best fit your needs including templates, letterhead, logos etc.
  
  
• Incorporate any normals or standards you may routinely use in your dictation.
  
  
• Send your audio in the following formats: .dss, .vox, .mp3, .sri, .dvf, and .msv.
  
  
• Return your completed transcription in the following formats: Word, WordPerfect, .txt, and .rtf.
  
  
• Source files can be imported into most Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
