    Our digital process is 100% HIPAA compliant. Every file is 128-bit encrypted. All file transfers use secure socket layers, which is the most secure internet connection available.

  6. What dictation type do you recommend?
    We recommend handheld digital voice recorders (DVR) like the ones made by Olympus.  Handheld digital voice recorders have unlimited mobility and have superior audio quality. Phone based dictation is also available.  Please contact us for pricing specifics.

  7. How do I submit my dictation?
    Simply place your digital voice recorder on its cradle attached to your computer. The file transfer process takes just a few minutes, depending on the size of your files. Your dictated audio files will automatically be sent to our server through a secure connection. All files uploaded to our server are 128-bit encrypted providing you the most secure method available to transfer your dictated information.

  8. How do I receive my transcription?
    Through our web based file transfer platform. A folder is setup on your desktop mapped to our server. Simply double click on the folder and you will have instant access to all your transcribed files.
