To ensure the highest quality and most accurate medical transcription, we follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the American Association for Medical Transcription (AAMT) in conjunction with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). We apply these rules and guidelines to transcription from hospitals, clinics and private offices to ensure that quality is consistent throughout the healthcare industry.

As a corporate member of the AAMT we receive information regarding new processes and procedures as they relate to medical transcription on an ongoing basis. The AAMT quality standard is 98% accuracy. We exceed this standard by implementing a transcription process that will ensure the highest quality standard possible in medical transcription.

After the initial transcription is completed by our transcriptionists, your documents are checked for accuracy at two levels.

• Documents are proofread and cross-checked by our transcription department.
  
  
• Documents are then checked for accuracy by our senior editors.

To ensure consistent quality, all reports are randomly spot-checked by our Director of Medical Transcription.
