	Christian Burris Technology and Systems Integration Christian is a senior systems analyst with over 15 years' experience in the technology industry. He has extensive domestic and international experience IT consulting for many Fortune 500 companies including Banner Health Systems, Microsoft, Intel, Honeywell, Motorola, Chase and American Express. Throughout his professional career Christian recognized the security of any company was not only dependent on producing a high quality product or service but also providing superior customer service. Christian ensures that we are constantly updating our processes with the latest technology and streamlining our business process in order to provide the best medical transcription solutions in the industry. Christian received his bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Devry Institute of Technology in 1995 and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
	Jolene Stettler Manager of Transcription and Quality control Jolene is a Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) with over 31 years experience managing, training and transcribing in hospitals, clinics and private offices. In addition to working with industry leaders like Medquist, Jolene has owned a successful medical transcription company and ran a medical transcription training school. At Global Transcription Resources, LLC Jolene oversees quality and new customer implementation. She assures that all transcriptionists and editors adhere to the standards set forth by the American Association for Medical Transcription (AAMT) and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Jolene received her degree as a medical assistant from Salt Lake City College. Her professional certifications include: Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) and State of Utah Vocational Teaching Certificate, Medical.
	Deborah Burris Sales and Marketing Debbie has over 20 years experience in the sales and marketing industry. She has worked as a territory manager, hospital representative, and sales trainer for Lederle Laboratories and American Home Products Corporation. Debbie is responsible for corporate marketing, sales growth, and business development. Debbie received her bachelor's degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and her master's in business administration (MBA) from Keller Graduate School of Management.
	Sharon Lau Client Care Specialist Sharon Lau has over 30 years experience in customer relations management. She has worked as a manager training and overseeing customer service departments in the construction and health care industries. Sharon is responsible for proactively ensuring client satisfaction and administrating our client referral program.
